21 Dec WHAT HAPPENS DURING LOCKDOWN, DECEMBER 2020?
As we are sure you will already know, since 12.00am on Saturday, Wales has been in a National lockdown.
We will continue operating our offices from behind closed doors, each day from the 21st to the 23rd December and from the 29th to 31st December. We will be available to answer telephone calls, email enquiries and messages via our 24 hour/ 7 day a week, staffed telephone answering service.
The Wales Government have indicated that they would review the situation after 3 weeks, which would be around the 10th January.
Because of the seriousness of the situation, we will not be conducting viewings over the Christmas period, but will take details from any interested parties and provided there are no changes in Government policy in the meantime, from Monday 4th January we are proposing to arrange viewings again of unoccupied properties. All the necessary health precautions will of course be taken. NB. In the meantime, all our properties For Sale and For Rent, have the benefit of virtual tours.
Property Valuations, Sales and Rentals, we are able to carry out even now ‘virtually’ and with telephone and email contact.
