With the current Covid-19 virus scare going on, a natural concern will be about callers to your property, whether you are an Owner or a Tenant, with the possibility, however small, of bringing in a virus.

We at Kelvin Francis have made arrangements so that all callers, whether prospective buyers, prospective tenants, contractors or staff members, will be required to wear disposable plastic gloves, which will be provided by us, free of charge.

If as an occupier you do not wish to be present during a visit, you will be free to go out, because all visitors, (with the exception of contractors in the case of rental properties, only), will be accompanied by a member of staff.
