A SUDDEN UPTURN IN THE MARKET
Despite the general uncertainty about the outcome of the Brexit negotiations, the property market has taken a noticeable upturn and activity is buoyant. This includes new properties coming onto the market, large numbers of viewings, which are leading to offers and sales being agreed. Whilst the level of enthusiasm is a pleasant surprise, the continuation of activity in the market is as predicted. There is no reason why the property market should not remain healthy, the only factor that could possibly affect it would be mass loss of employment, and here in our lovely City of Cardiff, that is highly unlikely. An active property market is the sign of a healthy economy, which in turn encourages the optimism to sustain it.
