We are not expensive, but many will try and undercut our level of fees. So what do you get for them?

We have currently agreed within our large portfolio of sales, 17 sales at the full asking price or more. 6 of these we have negotiated at figures in excess of the asking price. One at £2,500 more, one at £5,050 more, one at £7,100 more, one at £10,000 more and believe it or not, two at £15,000 more than the asking price.

That puts a perspective on the real cost of our services. These lucky people, not only achieved full prices for their properties, but some of them actually made a profit, after paying our very reasonable fees.

Don’t be fooled by offers of low fees, it is value for money that you want and full trust in your Agent. We are one of the very few firms whose Partners are Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and that offers you complete confidence as well as the benefits of skill and experience.
