HOW TO SELL AT THE FULL PRICE

An important part of our job is to maintain a database of potential buyers. This is constantly reviewed and categorised into those who are in a position to proceed (Grade 5) those with a property on the market to sell (Grade 4) and those who have done nothing yet in preparation.

On instructions to sell a property, we immediately telephone and text Grade 5 applicants and email details to all parties.

By acting so quickly, if a Grade 5 buyer is interested, we can often secure a sale at the full price, because they cannot risk delaying and getting into competition with someone else. In the event that more than one prospective buyer has been found, it will usually be dealt with by means of sealed bids and that can secure an offer, over the asking price.

The essence is speed combined with a comprehensive database of current potential buyers.
